The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services awarded NorthCare Network the contract to serve as the Prepaid Health Plan (PIHP) for all Upper Peninsula Medicaid recipients needing mental health, substance abuse, and support services for persons with developmental disabilities.

Community Mental Health Service Providers include Copper Country Community Mental Health, Gogebic County Community Mental Health, Hiawatha Behavioral Health, Northpointe Behavioral Health Systems and Pathways Community Mental Health.

Substance Use Disorder Service Providers include Catholic Social Services, DOT Caring Centers, Great Lakes Recovery Centers, Keweenaw Bay Indian Community, Bear River Health, Phoenix House, Sacred Heart, and Upper Great Lakes Family Health Center.
